High quality goods and happy customers are very important to us here at London Mummy.  If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will happily and without quibble fully refund or exchange items that are sent back to us within 14 days of the cancellation of your order, provided items returned to us are in a new, unused and saleable condition. 

We will refund the Standard Delivery Charge paid by you for your order, but not the returns postage, nor any additional payments made by you for premium delivery, gift wrapping, customs duties or sales taxes incurred.  We would advise you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received by us.  Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.


In the unfortunate, but thankfully rare, event of your order being damaged in transit or an item being faulty, please let us know immediately so that we can arrange either a replacement or full refund, including returns postage costs, for you as quickly as possible. 


Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please call us on 020 8742 7815 or send an email as soon as possible to and put RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject heading as appropriate. If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know your choice of product. All exchanges are subject to our stock availability.

Once we have received your returned goods and verified that the goods are in a new, unused and saleable condition, we will process your refund or exchange request as quickly as possible and within a maximum of 14 days.
